The feeding requirements:
1. The materials that entering into the machine should meet the feeding requirement of the cone crusher, it is strictly prohibited that the too large size and harder materials enter into the crushing chamber. At the same time, the feeding material volume should not be too little or too much, it is better to make the material evenly covered with crushing chamber, feeding materials cannot be higher than the level of the concave ring for cone crusher.
2. During the operation of cone crusher, the ore must be put in the middle of the distributor, NOT allowed to be directly fed into the crushing chamber, because which will easily overloading and make the liners uneven wear. Feeding box will help the materials mixed and make it evenly distribute along with the whole crushing chamber, as well as the segregation of fine and coarse materials to be kept in the smallest degree so that minimize liner wear.
3. When installing the cone crusher and its components, should carefully check the foundation drawing and space size, prior to making the careful plan for the installation of feeding equipment, ensure that the feeding device easy to be disassembled when maintenance.
Feeding matters needing attention:
1. By adding prescreening before feeding material into the crushing cavity,screens out fine and viscous material, avoids blockage caused by moisture materials,keep the production efficiency of the equipment.In order to detect the metal impurities,should install a metal detector at the same time to prevent metal fragments from crushing chamber,otherwise it will lead to serious damage of internal parts and crusher will be forced to stop.
2. Pay attention to feeding speed control,if materials from high distance can almost get through and directly into the bottom of crushing cavity, it will cause abnormal motion of adjusting ring,lead to main frame damage on the adjusting ring contact surface.So we should control the feeding speed.
3. Stop feeding machine firstly, when al the ore in cone crusher chamber are discharged completely,then stop cone crusher.
Improving measures
Start with interrelation between the crank-rocker mechanism and jaw crusher,through the stepped structure design of crushing cavity and adding a set of independent the crank-rocker mechanism,using the small angular force and laminating crushing principle,it will turn stress state of lower moving jaw into reinforcing effect state.In order to finely processed materials in a time,should change its mechanical structure, which w ill satisfy the requirements of the customer, greatly simplify the procedure of production line, and greatly improve equipment production capacity, reduce the energy consumption of jaw crusher
