Stone crusher is used for coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing of 200+ rocks. The commonly used stone crushers are jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, mobile crushers, and VSI sand crushers. In this text, we will introduce the commissioning and test run of stone crusher machine.
Commissioning of stone crusher machine
Before the stone crusher delivery from factory, it has done the no-load test for eight hours and everything is normal. In spite of this, still should have a comprehensive inspection after the crusher on-site installation.
● Check whether oil pipe connect firmly, should be able to refill oil before test run.
● Check each part connection should be solid and reliable, and check carefully whether the other objects existed on the impeller, if have, should be ruled out in time.
● Check whether the motor wiring is correct, whether the voltage is normal(380V±5%).
● Before installing the belt, first start the motor, direction of rotation should be in line with brand direction of machine (i.e. seeing from the feeding opening, the impeller rotating in counterclockwise direction). If rotating in the opposite direction, should adjust the motor wiring to make rotation be in line with brand direction, not allowed to rotate in reverse direction.
● For double motor drive, the main shaft assembly and both sides motor should respective connect the main shaft assembly with the same number of V-belts, the tensioning force of both sides of V-belts should be adjusted and flat. Before checking and passed to production, first of all to do the no-load testing and load testing, confirmed by the test run and then handed over to the production department.
Test run of crusher machine
● No-load running
a. No-load test run time is 4 hours;
b. Before commissioning, turn the pulley by hand and should be flexible;
c. The crusher should be smooth operation, the main frame should not be violent vibration, no abnormal noises, otherwise the machine should be stopped to check;
d. The temperature rising of bearing shall not exceed 45 ℃, or the highest temperature should not exceed 75 ℃, otherwise, the bearing shall be cleaned.
● Load test run
a. The feeding size should be selected strictly in accordance with the requirements of various models, prohibited to enter into the materials that greater than the specified materials;
b. Continuous feeding until reach the full load of impact crusher (the motor current is rated);
c. The test run time of loading is 8-24 hours;
d. The temperature rising of bearing shall not exceed 65 ℃ or the highest temperature should not exceed 85 ℃.
