Cone crusher is often used for the medium crushing of hard stone and rocks. After long periods of operation, the machine will occur some problems, how to solve them? Here, Luoyang Dahua engineer lists the common faults and solutions for you reference.
1. No oil flow within the flow indicator, but the oil pump properly running with oil pressure below 0.05Mpa
Reason:
(1) The oil temperature is low
(2) The switch of the oil circuit is not open
(3) The oil pump is not properly work
Solutions:
(1) Heat the oil
(2) Properly set the switch
(3) Stop the crusher and change the oil pump
2. Oil pressure difference within the front and back oil tube of the filter
Reason:
Filter blockage
Solution:
The filter must be cleaned when the oil pressure passes 0.04 Mpa. First, stop the oil passing through the filter then disassemble the filter needs to be cleaned. Direct oil supply to the crusher should not over 2-3 hours.
3. Oil pressure rises with the oil temperature at the same time
Reason:
There exists blockage within oil tube and oil circuit.
Solution:
Stop the crusher, find out the blockage place and clean it.
4. The oil temperature is over 55℃, but the oil temperature does not rise.
Reason:
Failure of the eccentric bushing
Solution:
Stop the crusher and check the straight bushing and conical bushing. Find out the failure parts and solve the problem.
5. The oil back flow capacity in the tank decreases with the oil level apparently low down.
Reason:
Oil leakage
(1) There exists oil leakage from the crusher bottom cap
(2) Oil leakage from diving shaft cover and flange wheel.
(3) The ring shape oil return groove of spherical surface bearing housing blockage, or oil over supply, oil leakage from the dust cover
Solutions:
(1) Stop the crusher and find out the reason. Then refuel the oil tank.
(2) Stop the crusher, clean the oil return groove and adjust the oil supply quantity then refuel the oil tank.
6. The oil comes from the cooler with a temperature of 45℃
Reason:
(1) No cooling water within the cooler
(2) The cooling water with high temperature
(3) Blockage within cooler
Solutions:
(1) Resupply the cooling water
(2) Check whether the water pressure is too low and increase the water temperature
7. There exists water within the oil. The oil level increases within the oil tank.
Reason:
The water pressure within the cooler is higher than the oil pressure.
Solutions:
Make sure the water pressure within the cooler is 0.05Mpa lower than the oil pressure.
8. Cone crusher has been lifted
Reason:
(1) During winter the oil temperature is too low, the oil feeding pressure is too high.
(2) The safety valve is malfunctioned, which increases the oil feeding pressure.
Solutions:
(1) Preheat lubrication oil
(2) Adjust safety valve
(3) Change the oil pump.
