Bearing maintenance
Crusher bearing is easy to wear, so it is necessary to take regularly maintenance such as add lubrication oil to prolong its service life.
Lubrication aspect
The lubrication of frication face of spare parts should be noticed, which can make sure the normal operation and prolong the service lift of crushing machine. The amount of lubrication grease that be added into bearing base is 50-70% of the total volume which should be changed every three month. Before change, carefully clean the track of bearing roller by gasoline or kerosene. If the toggle plate contacts with the toggle plate base, lubrication grease should be added before start the machine.
Daily aspect
Regularly maintenance can make sure the crushing machine always in the perfect operation condition, which can reduce fault time, increase machine serviceability rate, utilization rate, and decrease abrasion so as to prolong the service lift.
