(1) Ore density and particle size. So, when processing high density ore, should increase sand concentration appropriately; For lower density minerals, should reduce the sand concentration appropriately.
(2) Sand silt content and particle size. The more sand silt content or fine particle is, more the slurry viscosity is, the less the settling velocity of the particles in the pulp is, more rough overflow product granularity is; In this case, in order get appropriate overflow fineness, should increase filling water appropriately, reduce pulp density. If less silt content is, after the desliming processing, should improve the pulp density appropriately, reduce fine grained material of sand return.
(3) Height of overflow weir. Adjustment of the height of overflow weir can change the sedimentation area. Heighten the overflow weir to increase the sedimentation area of ore grain, and the capacity of sand making area so as to decrease the overflow particle size. When need coarse particle size, should lower the height of overflow weir.
(4) The sand making machine trough angle. Trough and the dip Angle is small, sand making machine subsidence area is large, the overflow particle size is fine, the content of fine particle in the sand return; On the other hand, the trough Angle increases, the subsidence area is reduced, coarse grained material decline opportunities is more, the overflow granularity coarsens, but less fine sand return.
(5) To ore and feed uniformity. When the pulp density must give the increase in the number of ore sand making machine, is the rising velocity and horizontal velocity of pulp also increases, thus make the overflow granularity coarsens. On the other hand, ore reduction, the overflow particle size and the fine grain content increase in sand return.
(6) Pulp density. Pulp density is the sand making machine in the operation regulation of one of the most important factors. Generally speaking, the pulp density is low, the overflow particle size, concentration increases, and the overflow particle coarsening.
